The Board of Directors of Aeroquest International Limited

John Barker - Mr. Barker was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zenon Environmental Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company from 2000 to 2006. The company manufactured low pressure membrane ultra filtration water purification systems servicing the world market in the municipal, industrial and land development areas. Previously, John was SVP and CFO of Glegg Waterconditioning, Inc. and has also held senior financial and administrative positions with Quebecor Printing Inc. and Bonar Inc.

Gordon J. Bogden - Gordon J. Bogden has extensive experience as an investment banker having most recently held the position as Vice Chairman and Head of Global Mining and Metals, Corporate and Investment Banking at National Bank Financial Inc. Prior to National Bank, Mr. Bogden held senior positions with Beacon Group Advisors Inc., Newcrest Capital Inc., N.M. Rothschild & Sons Canada Limited and CIBC Wood Gundy Securities (the predecessor company to CIBC World Markets). Mr. Bogden began his career as a professional engineer and geophysicist, having co-founded Quantech Consulting Inc. (now known as Quantec Geoscience Inc.). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Queen's University and is a Certified Corporate Director (ICD.D) from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Bogden has been a member of the board of directors of several public mining and investment companies.

Roy Graydon - Mr. Graydon, a geophysicist by training, brings over 20 years of business and financial experience to Aeroquest. Most recently, Mr. Graydon was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Call-Net Enterprises Inc., a TSX-listed company, and prior to that had been involved in the investment industry for 15 years.

Keith Morrison - Mr. Morrison is a geophysicist with more than 25 years of experience in international exploration. Co-founder of Quantec Geoscience Limited in 1986, he served as CEO from 1989 to 2005 and lead the development of the Titan24 technology. He also is a co-founder of TSE listed QGX Limited, a company that pioneered exploration in Mongolia. Keith is currently a co-founder, Director and CEO of Vismand Exploration Inc., which is a privately held global exploration company and he still serves as a Director of Quantec.

John Hick - Mr. Hick, a lawyer by training has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, in both senior management positions and as a director. He is currently a non-executive, independent director of the following TSX or TSX-V listed mining companies: Silver Eagle Mines Inc. First Uranium Corporation, Carpathian Gold Inc., Revett Minerals Inc., Hudson Resources Inc., and Marengo Mining Ltd. (which is also listed on the ASX and POSoX exchanges). From December 2004 to June 2006, he was the CEO and then Vice Chairman of Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd., and prior thereto, held senior management positions with a number of mining companies, including President & CEO of Defiance Mining Corp., President & CEO of Geomaque Explorations Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Rayrock Resources Inc., President then Vice Chairman of TVX Gold Inc. and Senior VP, Corporate of Placer Dome Inc. From June 1990 to Feb. 1993, he was President and CEO of Grafton Group Ltd., a specialty retailing company.
